Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 525.0156. Submission and Review of Agency Strategic Plans and Biennial Plan Updates

(a) Each health and human services agency shall submit to the commission a strategic plan and biennial updates of the plan on a date determined by commission rule.

(b) The commission shall:

(1) review and comment on each strategic plan and biennial update a health and human services agency submits to the commission under this section; and

(2) not later than January 1 of each even-numbered year, begin formal discussions with each health and human services agency regarding that agency's strategic plan or biennial update, as appropriate. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.023.)
