Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 523.0059. Use of Agency Staff

To the extent the commission requests, a health and human services agency shall assign existing staff to perform a function imposed under Chapter 531 or revised provisions derived from Chapter 531, as that chapter existed on March 31, 2025. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.0242.)
