Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 523.0054. Medical Director; Other Personnel

The executive commissioner:

(1) shall employ a medical director to provide medical expertise to the executive commissioner and the commission; and

(2) may employ other personnel necessary to administer the commission's duties. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.009(a).)
