Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 522.0205. Exemption Under Certain Circumstances

An agency is exempt from the requirements of this subchapter to the extent a catastrophe, as defined by Section 551.0411, or a technical breakdown prevents the agency from complying with this subchapter. Following the catastrophe or technical breakdown, the agency shall make all reasonable efforts to make available in a timely manner the required video and audio recording of the open meeting. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.0165(f).)
