(a) The board shall meet at least annually at the call of the presiding officer.
(b) The board may hold a meeting by telephone conference call or videoconference.
(c) A board meeting held under Subsection (b) is subject to the requirements of Subchapter F, Chapter 551, Government Code 1, except that a quorum of the board is not required to be physically present at one location of the meeting.
