Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 482.605. Administrative Attachment

The consortium is administratively attached to the office of the governor for the purpose of receiving and administering appropriations and other funds under this subchapter. The office of the governor is not responsible for providing to the consortium staff, human resources, contract monitoring, purchasing, or any other administrative support services.
