Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 466.451. Multijurisdiction Agreement Authorized

The commission may enter into a written agreement with the appropriate officials of one or more other states or other jurisdictions, including foreign countries, to participate in the operation, marketing, and promotion of a multijurisdiction lottery game or games. The commission may adopt rules relating to a multijurisdiction lottery game or games.
