Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 442.106. Concessions

The commission may operate or grant contracts to operate concessions on the grounds of historic sites described by Subchapter C.  1 The commission may make rules governing the granting or operating of concessions. The commission may establish and operate staff concessions, including salaries, consumable supplies and materials, operating expenses, rental and other equipment, and other capital outlays.
