Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 403.705. Rulemaking

<Text of section added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., ch. 711 (H.B. 103), § 1.  See, also, another § 403.705 added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., ch. 957 (S.B. 21), § 2, relating to Third-Party Contracts and Permissible Transactions;  Audits.>

(a) The comptroller may establish procedures and adopt rules necessary to implement this subchapter.

(b) The comptroller shall consult and coordinate with the Bond Review Board and the Texas Education Agency to adopt rules to implement a single data source entry method for a taxing unit to provide to the comptroller the information required by this subchapter.
