Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2310.106. Review of Application

(a) On receipt of an application for the designation of a readjustment zone, the bank shall review the application to determine if the nominated area qualifies for designation as a readjustment zone under this chapter.

(b) The bank shall allow an applicant to correct any omission or clerical error in the application and to return the application to the bank on or before the 15th day after the date on which the bank receives the application.
