Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2308.206. Provision of Services by State Agencies

A state agency represented on the council shall, consistent with state and federal law, provide workforce training and services in accordance with the local workforce development plan developed by the local workforce development board and approved by the governor and shall implement rules and policies consistent with the plan.
