Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2306.124. Rules Regarding Housing Developments

The department may adopt and publish rules regarding the:

(1) making of mortgage loans under this subchapter;

(2) regulation of borrowers;

(3) construction of ancillary commercial facilities;  and

(4) resale and disposition of real property, or an interest in the property, that is financed by the department.
