Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2306.118. Deposit of Funds with Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company

Except as provided by Section 2306.120, revenue and funds of the department received by or payable through the programs and functions of the housing finance division, other than funds necessary for the operation of the housing finance division and appropriated funds, shall be deposited outside the treasury with the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company.
