Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2306.1071. Definitions

1 As added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., ch. 1341, § 2 the definition of “first-time homebuyer” did not include the residency requirement in subsec. (1)(A). Instead the text of subsec. (1) read, “(1) ‘First-time homebuyer’ means a person who has not owned a home during the three years preceding the date on which an application under this subchapter is filed.”
