Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2303.408. Duration of Certain Designations

The bank's designation of the project or activity of a qualified business as an enterprise project is effective until the period approved by the bank under Section 2303.404 regardless of whether the enterprise zone in which the project is located, if any, fails to qualify as an enterprise zone before the expiration of the project.
