Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2261.259. Electronic Compliance Submissions

A state agency that uses the centralized accounting and payroll system authorized under Sections 2101.035 and 2101.036 or an alternative computer software system for compliance requirements related to the procurement of goods or services may electronically submit to the comptroller using that computer software system a written justification, verification, notification, or acknowledgement required under this chapter or Subchapter B, Chapter 2155.
