Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2204.705. Reversion to State on Nonuse

If the United States no longer uses the area described by Section 2204.701 for a purpose described by Section 2204.701 or fails to maintain or to have maintained at any time the facilities described by Section 2204.701, the easement granted under this subchapter terminates and reverts to the state.
