Texas Government Code - GOV'T § 2054.454. State Agency Compliance

(a) If required by the department, each state agency shall develop, procure, maintain, and use accessible electronic and information resources that conform to the rules adopted under this subchapter.

(b) The department shall ensure that rules adopted under this subchapter are reviewed as a component of any report developed under Section 2054.102(c) on compliance with department standards.
