Texas Finance Code - FIN § 303.501. Applicability of Credit Union Act

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

Except as inconsistent with this chapter:

(1) a person subject to Subtitle D, Title 3,  1 who contracts for, charges, or receives a rate or amount authorized by this chapter remains subject to that subtitle; and

(2) a party to a transaction described by Subdivision (1) has all the rights provided by that subtitle.
