Texas Finance Code - FIN § 154.201. Requirements for Solicitation of Insurance-Funded Benefits

A seller may not solicit an individual's designation of prepaid funeral benefits to be paid from an insurance policy, unless the insurance policy meets the requirements of Section 154.2021.
