If the results of genetic testing ordered under Subchapter B 1 do not identify or exclude a tested individual as the ancestor of the individual described by Section 204.151:
(1) the court may not dismiss the proceeding to declare heirship; and
(2) the results of the genetic testing and other relevant evidence are admissible in the proceeding.
