Texas Education Code - EDUC § 67.53. Visitor Center

The board may negotiate and contract with the Texas Department of Transportation and any other agency, department, or political subdivision of the state or any individual for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a visitor center and related facilities at McDonald Observatory at Mount Locke.
