(4) the Texas Save and Match Program established under Subchapter I; and

(5) the Texas Achieving a Better Life Experience Program established under Subchapter J.

(7) compensation;

(8) meetings;

(9) public interest information and complaints;

(10) use of technology;

(11) program and facility accessibility;

(12) executive director; and

(13) staff.
