Each company or organization that sponsors a college admissions testing program shall annually report to the Central Education Agency 1 the performance in the testing program of students in this state and the program's state and national average standard score results. The company or organization shall report the performance of students by school district on the request of the Central Education Agency. In its determination of the admission of a student, an institution of higher education may not use the student's results on an assessment instrument administered by an organization that fails to comply with this section.
