Texas Education Code - EDUC § 49.357. Application of Sparse Adjustment and Small and Transportation Allotments

The budget of the consolidated district must apply the benefit of the adjustment or allotment to the schools of the consolidating district to which Section 48.052, 48.101, or 48.151 would have applied in the event that the consolidated district still qualifies as a small or sparse district.
