Texas Education Code - EDUC § 39A.254. Campus Improvement Plan for Open-Enrollment Charter School

(a) This section applies to an open-enrollment charter school campus that satisfies performance standards under Section 39.054(e) for the current school year but would not satisfy performance standards under Section 39.054(e) if the standards to be used for the following school year were applied to the current school year.

(b) If this section applies to a campus, the campus shall:

(c) On the request of the commissioner, the campus shall submit to the commissioner the portions of the campus improvement plan that are relevant to those areas for which the campus would not satisfy performance standards.  The portions of the improvement plan must be submitted in an electronic format.
