Texas Education Code - EDUC § 39A.159. Funding of Campus Operated by Managing Entity

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, the funding for a campus operated by a managing entity may not be less than the funding of the other campuses in the school district on a per student basis so that the managing entity receives at least the same funding the campus would otherwise have received.
