Texas Education Code - EDUC § 31.0722. Open Education Resource Instructional Materials Repository

(a) The commissioner shall include in the Internet website developed under Section 31.025 a repository of open education resource instructional materials, including open education resource instructional materials made available under Section 31.0721(b), and other electronic instructional materials that school districts and open-enrollment charter schools may access at no cost.
