To facilitate a prospective student's informed selection among career schools and colleges, the commission shall include in its searchable directory of career schools and colleges maintained on its Internet website information regarding any formal enforcement action taken by the commission against a school or college, including:
(1) any revocation of the school's or college's certificate of authority;
(2) any assessment of administrative penalties against the school or college; and
(3) any suspension of admission of students to the school or college.
