Texas Education Code - EDUC § 12.118. Evaluation of Open-Enrollment Charter Schools

(1) students' scores on assessment instruments administered under Subchapter B, Chapter 39;   1

(2) student attendance;

(3) students' grades;

(4) incidents involving student discipline;

(5) socioeconomic data on students' families;

(6) parents' satisfaction with their children's schools;  and

(7) students' satisfaction with their schools.

(1) the costs of instruction, administration, and transportation incurred by open-enrollment charter schools;

(2) the effect of open-enrollment charter schools on school districts and on teachers, students, and parents in those districts;  and

(3) other issues, as determined by the commissioner.
