Texas Code of Criminal Procedure - CRIM P Art. § 56B.455. Amount Carried Forward

An amount of money deposited to the credit of the fund not to exceed one-quarter of the amount disbursed from that fund in the form of compensation payments during a state fiscal year shall be carried forward into the next succeeding state fiscal year and applied toward the amount listed in that fiscal year's method of financing.
