Texas Code of Criminal Procedure - CRIM P Art. § 42A.654. Fees Due on Conviction

For the purpose of determining when fees due on conviction are to be paid to any officer, the placement of a defendant on community supervision is considered a final disposition of the case, without the necessity of waiting for the termination of the period of community supervision.
