Texas Code of Criminal Procedure - CRIM P Art. § 42A.603. Effect of Revocation on Credit for Time Spent in Facility

A defendant granted community supervision under this chapter and required as a condition of community supervision to serve a term of confinement under this subchapter may not earn good conduct credit for time spent in a community corrections facility or apply time spent in the facility toward completion of a prison sentence if the community supervision is revoked.
