Sec. 1. This Act applies to a county-wide school district in a county having a population of more than 4,700 and less than 4,900. The Board of Trustees may order that the trustees of the district shall run at large in the county. If the Board orders that its members shall run at large, each position shall be filled by election from the county at large upon expiration of the current term of office.
