Texas Civil Statutes (Titles 112 to Final Title) - CIV STAT FINAL TITLE § 22 Sec. 22. Validity of Statutes

Sec. 22--That these Revised Statutes when adopted shall be construed to be an Act of the Legislature. No law herein shall be held to be void because its caption, when enacted, was in any way defective.
