Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code - CIV PRAC & REM § 117.004. Appeal to Supreme Court

For a civil action brought against a person who may be entitled to immunity or indemnification under Section 117.002 or 117.003, an appeal must be taken directly to the supreme court.
