Texas Business Organizations Code - BUS ORG § 9.161. Filing of Decree of Revocation Against Foreign Filing Entity

(a) The clerk of a court that enters a decree revoking the registration of a foreign filing entity shall file a certified copy of the decree in accordance with Chapter 4.

(b) A fee may not be charged for the filing of a decree under this section.
