Texas Business Organizations Code - BUS ORG § 200.315. Right of Contribution

A trust manager who is liable for a claim asserted under Section 200.312 is entitled to receive contribution from each of the other trust managers who are liable with respect to that claim in an amount appropriate to achieve equity.
