Texas Business Organizations Code - BUS ORG § 152.903. Activities Not Constituting Transacting Business

Without excluding other activities that do not constitute transacting business in this state, a foreign limited liability partnership is not considered to be transacting business in this state for purposes of this code because it carries on in this state one or more of the activities listed by Section 9.251.
