Texas Business Organizations Code - BUS ORG § 12.255. Permission to Sue

Before a petition may be filed by the attorney general or by a district or county attorney in a suit authorized by Section 12.252 or 12.253, leave must be granted by the judge of the court in which the proceeding is to be filed.
