Texas Business Organizations Code - BUS ORG § 12.253. Action Against Insolvent Entity

When the attorney general is convinced that a filing entity or foreign filing entity is insolvent, the attorney general shall institute quo warranto or other appropriate proceedings to terminate the certificate of formation or registration of the filing entity or foreign filing entity that is insolvent.
