Texas Business Organizations Code - BUS ORG § 10.353. Form and Validity of Notice

(a) Notice required under this subchapter:

(1) must be in writing;  and

(2) may be mailed, hand-delivered, or delivered by courier or electronic transmission.

(b) Failure to provide notice as required by this subchapter does not invalidate any action taken.
