Texas Business and Commerce Code - BUS & COM § 681.002. Authorization Subject to Federal Law and Regulations

An authorization under this chapter is subject to the requirements of federal law and the regulations of the board established to carry out the provisions of the Foreign Trade Zones Act (19 U.S.C. Section 81a et seq.).
