Texas Business and Commerce Code - BUS & COM § 509.102. Powers of Verified Parent

(a) A verified parent is entitled to alter the duties of a digital service provider under Section 509.052 with regard to the verified parent's known minor.

(b) A verified parent is entitled to supervise the verified parent's known minor's use of a digital service using tools provided by a digital service provider under Section 509.054.
