Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code - ALCO BEV § 61.85. Disposal of Stock on Termination of License

(a) A person whose license is cancelled or forfeited may, within 30 days of the cancellation or forfeiture, make a bulk sale or disposal of any stock of malt beverages on hand at the time of the cancellation or forfeiture.

(b) The authority of the commission to promulgate rules relating to the disposal of beverages in bulk on the suspension or cancellation of a license or on the death, insolvency, or bankruptcy of a licensee is covered by Section 11.69 of this code.
