(a) An applicant for a wholesaler's, class B wholesaler's, distiller's and rectifier's, or winery permit may consolidate in a single application the application for that permit and an application for any other permit the applicant is qualified to receive.
(b) An applicant who files a consolidated application must pay the fee required by commission rule for each permit included in the application.
