Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code - ALCO BEV § 105.051. Sale of Malt Beverages by Distributor's Licensee

The holder of a general or branch distributor's license may sell, offer for sale, or deliver malt beverages 24 hours a day Monday through Saturday and between midnight and 1 a.m. and between noon and midnight on Sunday.
