A brewer or distributor directly or indirectly, or through a subsidiary, affiliate, agent, employee, officer, director, or firm member, may not require, by agreement or otherwise, that a retailer engaged in the sale of brewery products purchase any of those products from the brewer to the total or partial exclusion of the products sold or offered for sale by a competitor or require the retailer to take or dispose of a certain quota of the product.
