Texas Agriculture Code - AGRIC § 71.051. Importation Certificates

(a) Except as otherwise provided by department rule, a person may not ship a nursery product or florist item into this state without first obtaining a certificate of inspection issued by the proper authority of the state from which the shipment originates.

(b) A certificate of inspection from another state must show:
