Texas Agriculture Code - AGRIC § 52.034. Contents of Articles of Incorporation

(1) the name of the association;

(2) the term of existence, if it is limited;

(3) the purpose for which the association is formed;

(4) the location and street address of the association's principal place of business;

(5) the number of directors;  and

(6) the term of office of each director.

(1) the amount of capital stock authorized;

(2) the number of shares authorized;

(3) the par value of the shares;  and

(4) if preferred stock is to be issued, the number of shares of common stock, the number of shares of preferred stock, the rights, preferences, and privileges granted, and the conditions under which the association may redeem the preferred stock.
